Parliamo ancora di compliance. Come puo' una azienda verificare la propria compliance al GDPR ?

ICO, benche' in in UK, fornisce una guida adeguata anche alle PMI, in 3 contesti: GDPR in generale, AI, Design.

L'approccio e' sostanziale, non a caso prima di tutto viene anteposta la governance dei dati: a chi chiedo in caso di dubbi ?

Quindi ad esso andra' integrata la prassi delle DPA europee.
