In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Protection of Minors Online, the Measures for the Administration of Personal Information Protection Compliance Audits, and other laws, regulations, and rules, the following announcements are hereby made regarding the submission of compliance audits for the protection of minors' personal information:
I. Submission requirements
According to Article 37 of the "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet", personal information processors shall conduct compliance audits on their own or entrust professional institutions to conduct compliance audits on their compliance with laws and administrative regulations in processing minors' personal information every year, and report the compliance audits to the local municipal cyberspace administration department.
2. Reporting Time
Personal information processors that process the personal information of minors shall submit a compliance audit of the personal information protection of minors in the previous year before the end of January each year.
III. Method of submission
The reporting of compliance audits on the protection of minors' personal information is carried out online. Please visit “Personal Information Protection Business System” directly (https://grxxbh.cacdtsc.cn），按照系统首页提供的《未成年人个人信息保护合规审计情况报送系统填报说明（第一版）》，报送合规审计情况有关材料，也可从中国网信网（https://www.cac.gov.cn）首页“全国网信政务办事大厅”栏目访问“个人信息保护业务系统”。
IV. Legal liability
If a compliance audit on the protection of minors' personal information is not carried out and the compliance audit status is reported in accordance with the provisions of laws, regulations and rules such as the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China", "Regulations on the Protection of Minors on the Internet", and "Management Measures for Compliance Audits on Personal Information Protection", the relevant laws, regulations and rules shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and rules.
