Quindi, mettendo ordine:
- le condizioni legali non cambiano
- ma viene introdotto il multimodal availability: regole d'uso diverse per le diverse regioni
- che rinviano agli usi accettabili (!): gli europei non sono accettabili ...
- quindi cambiano le condizioni legali in quanto cambiano le AUP.
Notevole.
Quindi un semplice modello open source viene bloccato agli Europei per colpa di legislatori e interpreti che non elaborano le nozioni di embed e token ma enfatizzano fuori dal contesto i rischi potenziali. Come già i medici in rivolta per le complicazioni sulla ricerca sanitaria, ora sarà il turno di chi ?
