Legal design is not only simple, beautiful, structured. This is the best example with the most clear view on legal design I've ever heard.

This is experience design. Let me say one word: conversational design.

Even if it is mainly experience design, the contents are interactive as in a conversational way: questions, answers. Cookies ? This. Processor ? This. All togheter shacked in a satisfing experience journey
